At the beach on Whidbey Island

These past few weeks I've been traveling through the Pacific Northwest, visiting family and friends and in this case, I was able to spend a couple of days with an old childhood friend, Brittney, and her 4 children in the Seattle area. It was great catching up with her and spending the day on Whidbey Island, playing in the sand, watching bald eagles fly with their evening catch, and skipping rocks into the sound. We managed a quick sunset photoshoot before packing up the van and heading back to her house an hour away. These kids were exhausted by the end of it but look how much fun they had!
