Every now and then...

Every now and then I find a location or have an idea for a photo that sparks the creativity bug in me and I suddenly am in need of models to carry out these ideas. Some can be super simple but some take some time to plan, like how to light the scene, for example.

The Barn at High Point Farms inspired some new ideas that I couldn't wait to create. I asked a coworker of mine if I could photograph her three girls at the farm. Farms seem to inspire me the most since many of my happiest childhood memories occurred on my grandma's property in the country. I remember riding dirt bikes before I could even drive, helping in the garden, and riding the tractor with grandpa. None of these activities were portrayed in the following photographs I took at High Point Farms but nonetheless, I still love being in the country and I could take photographs there all day!
