Hi! I'm glad you're here! I'm Nicole Fitzwater based in Sandy, Oregon & serve all areas of Portland and the PNW. I love being surrounded by nature- forests, mountains & farmland and is often the backdrop of my photography.

I worked many years as a preschool teacher and in elementary schools, so I’m comfortable stepping into the chaos, slowing things down, or adjusting when a little one needs a break.

I have a busy one-year-old daughter who reminds me daily that real moments rarely look “posed.” It’s why my sessions are centered on connection, comfort, and letting your family interact naturally while I document it.

I want to capture your family's memories because as cliché as it sounds - these moments won't last forever. The stressful day-to-day to-do lists will fade in memory, but how your baby wrapped their little fingers around yours will be cherished forever. Pictures of these moments- your child's toothless smile and their butterfly kisses- you'll want to look back on for the rest of your life.
